Our Experts

Our Experts go through a thorough assessment process where we vet their current employment contracts to ensure that they are able to share their opinions, insights or consult externally. All data collected including Candidate and Expert CVs and information is privately and securely held within Marksmann. Client and Candidate confidentiality are our top priority where we enforce the strictest data-privacy and confidentiality practices in the industry.

We also render advise on best practices by assessing candidates’ non-compete clauses in their employers’ contracts before advising on their ability to potentially look at competing players in the industry as possible next move. We do this while maintaining a balance to allow the candidate to leverage his/her specialist knowledge acquired though his/her former experience in their career.
